1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Talliqo mobile application ("App") operated by Talliqo ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Talliqo is a personal finance management application that provides:
- Expense tracking and receipt management
- Budget planning and monitoring
- Financial analytics and insights
- AI-powered financial coaching
- Savings goals and bill reminders
- Net worth tracking
- Optional rewarded advertisements that may grant limited in-app credits
Talliqo is a financial management tool only. We are not a bank, financial institution, or regulated financial adviser. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Talliqo. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately at charlespheonix@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Ensuring the accuracy of financial data you enter into the App.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
- Upload content that is fraudulent, misleading, or that you do not have the right to share.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or servers.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App.
- Resell or commercially exploit any part of the App without our written consent.
6. Subscription and Payments
Talliqo offers a free tier and paid auto-renewing Pro subscriptions ("Talliqo Pro") with additional features such as AI coaching, CSV transaction import, bulk receipt upload, advanced reports, smart budgeting tools, and other Pro-only features shown in the app. Available plans, prices, billing periods, trials, and promotions may vary by country, platform, and store listing.
- Subscription fees are charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, according to Apple App Store or Google Play rules.
- You may manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Deleting your Talliqo account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel through the store where you subscribed.
- If you cancel, you keep access to Pro features until the end of the paid billing period, unless the store or applicable law provides otherwise.
- Refunds, billing disputes, and payment method changes are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their policies. We do not process payments directly and do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law or platform policy.
- We verify subscription status with Apple App Store or Google Play to unlock Pro features and may remove Pro access if a subscription expires, is cancelled, is refunded, or cannot be verified.
7. Advertising, Rewarded Ads, and Credits
Talliqo may show advertisements to free users, including optional rewarded advertisements. Rewarded ads are voluntary. If you choose to watch a rewarded ad and the advertising provider confirms completion, Talliqo may add a small amount of in-app referral or reward credit to your account.
- Ad credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed outside Talliqo.
- Ad credit amounts, daily limits, reward tiers, eligibility, and availability may change at any time.
- Ads may not always be available. Availability can depend on device, region, ad inventory, network conditions, platform policies, and advertising provider decisions.
- No credit is added if an ad is unavailable, fails to load, fails to play, is closed early, or is not reported as completed by the advertising provider.
- We may limit, withhold, reverse, or remove ad credits if we detect abuse, automation, fraud, policy violations, technical errors, or activity that is inconsistent with normal use.
- Advertisements are provided by third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob and are subject to those providers' policies.
8. Financial Information Disclaimer
Talliqo displays financial summaries, projections, and AI-generated insights based solely on the data you enter. These are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial decisions. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information provided by the App for any particular purpose.
Always consult a qualified financial adviser before making significant financial decisions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and features of Talliqo are owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service to you.
10. Privacy
Your use of Talliqo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Talliqo and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
